All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes 2–3 business days after you have approved your digital preview.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
We ship orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times after production are as follows:
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Asia & Other Regions: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Methods
We use standard international mail services and selected courier partners. Your order will be securely packaged and shipped discreetly to protect your privacy.
Express shipping options may be available upon request. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 USD.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
