Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, all sales are considered final once your order has been confirmed for production. We produce each ID card to your unique specifications, including personal data and images you provide. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.


2. Order Preview and Approval

Before printing your ID, we provide a digital preview to the email address you used during checkout. You are responsible for reviewing all details carefully (including name, date of birth, address, and photo). Production will only begin after you confirm that all details are correct.

If you need any changes, please notify us before approving the preview. Once approved, no further edits can be made.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

Upon verification, we will be happy to offer a free replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.


4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the shipment date, please contact us. We will:

  • Investigate with the shipping carrier

  • Provide updates

  • Arrange a replacement if confirmed lost


5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • You approved the preview and later discovered errors you missed

  • You changed your mind after production began

  • The product was used for purposes that resulted in seizure or confiscation

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information you provided


6. Fraudulent or Prohibited Use

HOTID products are strictly for novelty and entertainment purposes. We do not assume responsibility for any misuse or illegal use of our products. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
